Information we collect

When you submit a quotation request, we may collect your name, mobile number, email address, project location, target schedule, door requirements, notes, house plans, door schedules, and reference images.

How we use your information

We use these details to review your door requirement, prepare a quotation, contact you about your request, and improve our customer service. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing of information

Your quotation details and uploaded files are stored on our website's Cloudflare-backed hosting. Only authorized staff can open the saved requests and download files. Resend delivers email notifications containing your quotation details and staff-only links; uploaded files are not sent through Resend. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Website visit and quotation completion tracking

We use Manychat Pixel to record website visits and successful quotation submissions linked to contacts who open our website through a Manychat message. Manychat uses an identification token and a browser session that can last up to 28 days. After our website confirms that your request is saved, we send a completion event to Manychat so we can identify contacts who have submitted their requirements. We do not include your quotation details, uploaded files, or request reference in these events. Browser privacy settings or blockers may prevent tracking. Your quotation is still saved even if tracking is unavailable.

Data security and retention

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure. We keep quotation details only for as long as needed for your request, follow-up, business records, or legal requirements.
